Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Our pitches and sanitary facilities as well as the car park are accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Are barbecues allowed ?
Barbecues that use gas or electricity are allowed. Charcoal barbecues are prohibited in accordance with regulations.

Are Swimming shorts authorized for swimming pool ?
In accordance with national regulations swimming shorts are forbidden at the pool. Only swimwear and boxers are allowed.

The minors at the pool.
According to national rules a person under 18 is considered like a minor. So they can’t be left without the supervision of a parent in the pool area.
The fact that your child knows how to swim doesn’t change the view of the regulation.

If I cancel my stay what about my deposit ?
We highly recommend to take a cancellation insurance of your choice to prepare for any eventuality (illness, car trouble on the way, etc …). Indeed, juridically a deposit is the first payment. Exceptionally, and as far as possible, if at the scheduled dates you can’t come, we will try to schedule new dates with you (in the same year) that can run up to the annual closure of the campsite.

Until what time can I check in ?
The reception closes at 19h. However if you contact us by phone to inform us that you will arrive a little later, we can anticipate a late arrival to the extent reasonable (before 22:00).

Are pets allowed ?
In accordance with our terms of sales, dogs off molosser breeds are allowed in the campsite. They must be leashed in the campsite. They can‘t be left alone, the risks are of barking are high and can annoy the neighbors campers.

Why closing the barrier is 10:30 p.m.?
According to national regulations it is forbidden to drive inside in the campsite from10:30 p.m. to 7:00. (it’s possible to enter and exit during night through the pedestrian gate, secured with a code)

Can we receive visitors in the campsite ?
First, visitors come to the reception for their registration (the price is  4€ per day per person). Visitors are allowed from 10:00 to 22:00, they must respect the rules of the campsite.
The vehicle of the visitor is not allowed in the campsite. The stationing is only performed on the outdoor parking.

Can we park several cars on the campsite ?
1 car is permitted by pitch. It’s possible if you have an other car to temporarily park it on the pitch to unloading luggage. Then you park it on the parking outside.

Can we use the playground or the pool area at night ?
The children’s playground is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., it is possible to play “petanque” from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m..
The pool area is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Must we make a booking for a pitch or a rental ?
It is always advised to book, this allow you to have more choice in our facilities. There are periods when the campsite is full.

Can I avoid cold calling?
In order to avoid any cold calling, we inform you that you can register on the list of opposition to cold calling linked to the BLOCTEL system.
